Meet the Team

Dr. Blair Zenker, DC

Dr. Blair has a passion for health through Chiropractic, nutrition and natural foods, Essential Oils, fitness and holistic living. She incorporates chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitative exercises into a personalized treatment plan for each individual patient.

To best meet the needs of those seeking care, she uses a blend of adjusting techniques including Diversified, Activator, Thompson and Logan Basic. She is very passionate about the spinal health and proper nervous system functioning of pregnant women and babies and is proud to have adjusted women at all stages of pregnancy and infants as young as a few hours old.

Dr. Blair graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in April 2006. After graduation, she practiced in Southern Illinois before she and husband Bob and daughter Evie settled in Lebanon, Tennessee in 2009. Daughter Gigi and son Jackson followed and Dr. Blair spent the next few years being mostly Dr. Mommy and a relief doc for several offices. She spends her “free” time gardening, working in the yard, helping her husband Bob coach their children’s soccer teams and working with their church.

She is very passionate about healthy living and educating patients on how to take care of the only spines they will ever have. She loves to help anyone who is seeking a way to get their best “Healthy Bones” in a natural and effective way!
